We work with our European partners to provide global and Chinese pharmaceutical companies with product introduction and acquisition services, including deal evaluation and market monitoring reports.

Lingling Cao, Founder
Lingling has more than a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, especially in deal-making. She founded Lingmed, which aims to support BD professionals to make better decisions with intelligence databases and EU-China cross-border deals. Prior to her venture at Lingmed, she was a senior BD manager for Eli Lilly in Shanghai and a consultant for McKinsey in Germany
Karin Bakker, Business Development Executive
Karin holds a PharmD degree from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. Karin has spent her entire 20+ year career in the life science sector. She works with biotech and pharmaceutical companies and non-profit research organizations to in-license and out-license pharmaceutical products and technologies on a global or regional basis. Karin has concluded multi-millions of dollars of transactions for clients.
Dr Jim Phillips, Business Development Consultant
Dr Jim Phillips holds a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Cass Business School in London. He has extensive experience in clinical medicine and deal making, having worked in the NHS for over 10 years, as the youngest ever Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson Europe, Head of Business Development & Licensing at Novartis Europe, and as Chairman of a number of pharmaceutical companies
Sam Sun, Advisor
Sam holds Medical degree and EMBA from CEIBS. Sam has over 20 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry. Sam has served many MNC pharmaceuticals including AZ, J&J, GSK and most recently Sam was China National sales director at Sanofi Pasteur, National Sales director at BD for China market leading 400+ sales team and Business head at Hospira, leading two BUs. Sam has rich experience in sales management, SFE, marketing plan, market access, distributor and channel management
Dr Hank Wang, Medical advisor
Dr Wang holds a PhD degree on Medicinal Chemistry from Peking University, has a Postdoc experience in University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and worked as a Postdoc Fellow in Auburn University. Hank Wang has more than 10 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals industry. Hank has worked as Vice President and President of R&D at Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. - Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group.
